Job summary

Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking an Aftermarket Service Coordinator to join our team in Visalia, CA. You will coordinate service requests, prepare quotations, schedule Field Service Technicians, and provide responsive support to customers and technicians.

Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Parts to clearly define, quote, and schedule service work while maximizing technician utilization and delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service requests or similar scheduling work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and cases in Salesforce, maintain records and track progress.
• Provide same-day responses to customer inquiries and update statuses.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on approvals for installations and service plans.
• Schedule Field Service Technicians, coordinate travel, and ensure timely completion of work.
