You will handle the preparation and review of documents, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and accuracy. Join a team focused on customer service and operational excellence.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years loan experience required.
• Moderate understanding of loan documentation and banking regulations.
• Ability to manage documentation and ensure compliance with Credit Policy.
• Strong communication and proactive customer service skills.

• Manage moderate to high volume of loans efficiently.
• Coordinate loan documentation preparation and review for compliance.
• Resolve documentation deficiencies and monitor exceptions.
• Assist bankers with financial data and client communications.
• Monitor past-due and maturing loans to inform bankers.
• Coordinate construction loan disbursements with Portfolio Manager as needed.
• Provide excellent customer experience through timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Loan Admin, CIS, Loan Review, and other departments.
