Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a motivated team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at the Flagstaff store. You will operate the POS, process a variety of transactions, and help maintain sales floor standards while assisting customers and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling complex sales and returns, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to Goodwill core values.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Requests cash donations at POS from customers.
• Assists in pricing goods via merchandise type and markings.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave the store.
• Maintains sales floor following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Uses phones and paging systems for store announcements.
• Keeps the environment clean and safe.
• Processes complex sales including deletes and returns.
