Qualifications

• Level I requires 6 months customer service experience.
• Level II requires 1 year cash handling and customer service in financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and computer systems.
• Knowledge of bank procedures and regulations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform routine paying and receiving duties with accurate cash drawer.
• Promote bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Assist with branch administrative duties as needed.
