The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a professional appearance, with 1–2 years in the automotive industry and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)
• A professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Service Manager by interacting with customers and teammates in a friendly and helpful manner to create a comfortable relationship with the customer.
• Effectively scheduling service appointments.
• Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
