Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; contact the customer later for approval if needed.
• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Notify dispatcher of incoming work and manage repair orders.
• Follow up progress of each repair order and communicate changes to customers.
• Establish payment methods and obtain customer signatures on repair orders.
• Deliver vehicle to customer and answer questions; maintain customer relationships.
