Job summary

Seat Cover Solutions is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, determine the right seat cover fitment using vehicle details, and guide customers through installation considerations.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, assisting with installations when needed, and collaborating with the team to improve products and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to learn detailed product, vehicle, and fitment information.
• Experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Comfortable performing occasional hands-on work and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to document customer, vehicle, order, and fitment information while managing multiple interactions.
• Comfortable asking detailed questions to diagnose concerns.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
• Strong organizational and task-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer fitment questions using vehicle details and measurements to determine the best product and solution.
• Troubleshoot fitment issues and decide resolutions including replacement, adjustment, or escalation as needed.
• Clearly communicate product compatibility and installation considerations to customers.
• Identify recurring fitment issues and share trends with the team.
