Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous teller experience is required.
• Previous customer service experience, including opening deposit accounts, is required.
• Knowledge of teller procedures and general bank operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of cash transactions and maintains accuracy.
• Open new deposit accounts and assist customers with banking needs.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints as the first point of contact.
• Provide notary public service and help customers with products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with bank policies.
