Qualifications

• Excellent quality customer service, sales, and telephone skills
• Strong analytical, technical, problem resolution, sales and critical thinking skills
• Technology-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of FIS Horizon core banking system
• Outgoing, trustworthy with ability to handle confidential information
• Must be able to work a fast paced, high performance environment and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Performs basic teller transactions (deposits, loan payments, cash checks)
• Opens and manages new accounts (checking, savings, CDs)
• Delivers exceptional customer service and addresses inquiries
• Supports sales goals (deposits, loans, fees) and customer retention
• Assists with ATM, online banking, and mobile app troubleshooting
• Follows bank policies and internal controls
• Promotes banking solutions and processes funds holds when needed
• Balances cash in drawer at end of shift
• Leads initiatives that support CTB's vision and values
