Santander US is looking for a Teller in our Berks County, PA location. You will handle daily banking transactions, deliver excellent customer service, and engage customers to fulfill their financial needs.

Responsibilities include cash handling, processing deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining accuracy while adhering to policy and risk controls. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns.
• Follow directions, policies and procedures; strong listening and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; handle cash with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to bank policies to prevent fraud and manage risk.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on digital self-service tools and online banking options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other tasks as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and a welcoming branch environment.
• Occasionally support nearby branches based on business needs.
