Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with various financial needs and processing transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and transfers; maintain cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, risk management and compliance protocols.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Support custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
