Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience and increase loyalty while expanding share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products and services.
