Responsibilities

• Process freight and price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise and complete transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Assist with store maintenance and housekeeping.
• Provide customer service and greet customers; explain exchange/refund policies.
• Support Loss Prevention and report incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Assist management in merchandising and stock-level checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
