As part of Store Operations, you will support loss prevention, price changes, and daily cash handling while upholding company policies and maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balances register according to company policy
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy
• Provides proper customer service such as greeting customers, following fitting room policies, ringing customers in promptly, and inviting them to return
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Responsible for assisting Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting incidents of theft or dishonesty and following all current policies.
