Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cashier functions.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Support planograms and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with standards.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, refunds overrides, and bank deposits.
• Assist in managing store in Store Manager's absence.
