• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, and rotating displays.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and bank deposits; assist with planograms and display setup.
• Ensure store operates with financial integrity, cashier accountability, and cash controls.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
