Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, restocking and displaying.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork and controls.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms and presentation of merchandise.
• Assist in ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability, deposits, refunds/overrides; count tills and deposit money.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
