Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Read, understand and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making change.
• Validate identification before selling tobacco/alcohol.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaners.
• Work in coolers and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during shift, keep money balanced and assist customers quickly.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional at all times.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and on surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
