Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperatures

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register throughout the shift, keeping balance and serving customers quickly
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional at all times
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and surrounding areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales
• Escalate high-priority issues to management
