Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead store staff when managers are off-site and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, while delivering strong customer service.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, price merchandise, and maintain displays. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions and complaints.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; manage displays and inventory per planograms.
