Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Direct vehicles into the service drive and connect with the right advisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service drive, lounge, and workstations.
• Assist with loaner and shuttle coordination.
• Support coordination of loaner vehicles and fleet organization.
• Ensure safety and shop cleanliness.
• Assist with customer transportation needs.
• Deliver serviced vehicles and assist with final touch-ups.
