Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of maintenance and repair processes.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high CSI scores.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Create and manage repair orders in the dealership management system.
• Communicate recommended services, timelines, and estimates clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs.
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Promote maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended repairs when appropriate.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery.
