Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a sales associate to engage customers at the cash wrap, perform POS transactions, and deliver exceptional service. You will explain product details, promotions, and care guidelines while maintaining visual standards and assisting customers across the floor.

The role requires the ability to work weekends, cooperate with a team, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior customer service experience and a High School diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the cash wrap and provide personalized service.
• Perform register/POS transactions, returns, exchanges accurately.
• Communicate product information, care, and delivery timeframes clearly.
• Suggest additional merchandise and inform customers about promotions.
• Maintain cash wrap area and visual standards.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and fulfill requests.
• Be available to work weekend shifts and meet business needs.
