Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a sales-oriented associate to deliver personalized service at the register and on the shop floor. You will engage customers, process transactions, and promote related products while maintaining store standards and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Open availability for full-time shifts and weekend coverage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage at the cash wrap with personalized service.
• Accurately process register/POS transactions, returns, exchanges, and pricing with attention to current promotions.
• Inform customers about products, care, maintenance, and delivery timelines.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complement purchases and maximize sales.
• Maintain cash wrap visuals and ensure availability of supplies.
• Communicate product information and events to enhance the customer experience.
• Support management with duties and adhere to company policies.
