Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, close sales, manage POS transactions, and ensure accurate pricing and promotions while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Availability for full-time hours and some weekend shifts is required to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates.
• Engage clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service.
• Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc.
• Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise with correct SKUs.
• Communicate product information, care, timelines and delivery clearly to customers.
• Affirm purchases and suggest additional merchandise to complement selections.
• Inform customers of promotions that may impact sales.
• Share information about products, in-store events and workshops to enhance the experience.
• Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area.
• Maximize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies.
