Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking candidates in the United States for a customer-facing role focused on delivering outstanding service and achieving sales goals. You will process orders, manage cash handling, and contribute to inventory control while supporting store operations during opening and closing.

The position requires basic experience in customer service or sales, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
