Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will process orders, manage cash with accuracy, and contribute to inventory control while meeting KPIs.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
