Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver outstanding service and drive sales. Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with financing queries, and supporting daily store operations with accuracy in cash handling.

This role emphasizes meeting sales goals while upholding customer care standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, be 18+ years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI and performance standards.
• Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
