Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking candidates for a store front role in Texas. The position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory support, and helping with opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth store operations. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
