Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising & replenishment standards, maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Use training tools to educate yourself on products and services and share knowledge with customers.
• Protect company assets by following inventory and loss prevention standards and completing inventories.
• Work on the selling floor, involving physical activity such as standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
