Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel requests to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promos and the loyalty program, including credit details.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store and excellent customer service.
