Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays per planograms.
• Maintain accurate inventory; manage damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork and cash control.
• Assist with store operations in Store Manager's absence.
