Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and teller duties; maintaining a balanced cash drawer; and advising clients on solutions that fit their financial goals. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to guests aligned with First Bank & Trust culture.
• Develop and grow profitable client relationships while minimizing risk.
• Perform general teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, negotiable items, and balanced cash drawer.
• Anticipate client needs and advise on suitable solutions.
• Assist in opening new accounts and building new relationships.
• Educate clients on bank products, services, and processes.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align daily work with goals and collaborate across teams.
• Monitor deposits and credit portfolios for quality and risk; assist in collections as needed.
• Follow policies, procedures and required compliance training.
