Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accurately.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Upholds cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
