Candidates should be capable of handling multiple tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and participating in loss prevention and safety programs. Retail experience is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Supports labor policies and loss prevention standards.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
