Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers and explain our baby and children’s products, helping them prepare for milestones and everyday moments in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will handle omnichannel needs, process sales, restock shelves, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles and benefits.

• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
