Michaels in Freehold, NJ is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock, manage planograms, support BOPIS/SFS, and uphold store recovery and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are 16 years or older, with availability for nights, weekends and early shifts.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be 16 years or older to apply

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Promote and enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain in-stock, merchandised store
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact with customers and teammates professionally; demonstrate Michaels values
• Cross training in Custom Framing selling and production
