Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store in Klamath Falls, OR is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Position involves engaging customers with rewards programs, contributing to VOC surveys, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Benefits of the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
