Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Keizer, OR is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and keep shelves stocked. You'll participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and planograms to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will engage customers, describe the Rewards program, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store, and support store operations while following SOPs and safety programs. Weekend and night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Friendly customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves and assist with merchandising and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise to maintain in-stock shelves.
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
