Job summary

Frost is seeking a Personal Banker I in McKinney, TX to serve as the first contact for customers, delivering trust, integrity and relationship-based service. You will handle deposits, loans, and account issues, while promoting Frost’s values and maintaining accurate cash controls.

You will participate in training to stay current with policies, laws, and BSA requirements, building lasting client relationships and guiding customers on their financial journey with professionalism and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in both personal banking and teller services while meeting consumer banking performance standards.
• Educate and advise customers on deposits and loans and support service/account maintenance issues.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing in compliance with bank policies.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily teller settlements.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay updated on policies, laws, and BSA rules.
• Develop relationships with clients and serve as their point of contact.
• Provide guidance to help customers along their financial journey.
• Act with integrity to achieve all-win outcomes.
