Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties requiring physical activity
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and moving products
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/bundle wood, etc.) to meet customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
