Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, assist at checkout, and handle returns with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Starting pay begins at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Candidates should be friendly, reliable, and able to travel to other stores if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, discuss projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Handle basic cash office functions and process checkout with POS.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock and display merchandise and create price tags/signs.
