Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, assist with purchases, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role handles checkout, returns, exchanges, and basic cash office tasks, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing flooring retailer.

Minimum base pay starts at $17.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and travel to other stores may be required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow established cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Answer the telephone according to the company guidelines.
