Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet and assist customers, process transactions, handle returns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Roles include opening/closing registers, assisting at checkout, and maintaining accurate cash handling in a busy retail environment. The position offers full-time and part-time hours with base pay starting from $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Answer the telephone per guidelines.
• Stock and display merchandise; create price tags and signage.
