Job summary

Total Wine & More in Virginia is seeking a Cashier to provide fast, friendly service, process transactions, and promote our loyalty program. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser based on store needs, reporting to the store management team.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, greeting customers, learning product knowledge through wine and beer training, and maintaining a safe store environment while complying with alcohol regulations. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver friendly customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist customers with product questions and store policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked and adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
