Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You will greet customers, operate the checkout, process returns, and support store operations with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

The position offers both full-time and part-time schedules. A minimum base pay starts at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits program is available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about projects, recommend products, and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate adherence to the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
