Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. The job requires basic math skills and customer service experience, with some travel to other stores for support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
