Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (Cashier) to be the first and last interaction for customers. The role involves greeting customers, handling checkout, processing returns, and performing basic cash office tasks to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The minimum base pay starts at $17.23 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Customer service experience.
Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products, and excite customers about their purchase.
Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
Open and close registers.
Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
