Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the check lane.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT and other tenders per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and prevent loss.
• Follow guidelines for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow store policies.
• Stay current with ads and promotions; ensure food safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist in loss prevention.
• Provide helpful product information and answer customer questions.
