Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass background checks where required.
• BA preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Experience in highly regulated cannabis environment is desirable.
• Previous retail experience preferred, cannabis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers.
• Maintain store environment and product placement with strong time management.
• Ensure compliance with all BCC, state and city regulations.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Attend daily department and store meetings.
